To complete this treatment, a session of physical activity is recommended following your appointment. Physical activity will complete the process as the body uses the fatty acids and triglycerides produced during the laser therapy.

EMSculpt treatment uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology (HIFEM) to induce involuntary muscle contractions. In one session, EMSculpt produces 20,000 contractions. The Involuntary contractions are called supramaximal contractions. Voluntary contractions are what we experience during a workout. Achieving supramaximal contractions can not happen from working out.
